1) Audit Your Week Like a Ruthless CEO

What exactly did you do this week?

Grab a notepad and brain-dump everything you touched, from answering DMs to sending invoices. Then put a dollar sign next to each task:

  • $10 work = admin, inbox, random favors
  • $100 work = client-facing tasks
  • $1,000 work = sales, strategy, marketing
  • $10,000 work = partnerships, team building, product creation

Circle the lowest-value stuff. Your new job? Stop doing those first.

2) Turn Your Processes Into Simple Systems

If everything lives in your head, your business can’t grow past your bandwidth.

Choose one process you repeat every week. Let’s say, client onboarding, and turn it into a “recipe” someone else could follow:

  • Pick ONE task from your $10 work list.
  • Hire a freelancer or VA to handle it for two weeks.
  • Give them a clear goal (“Process all invoices by Friday 5PM”) instead of just handing off tasks.

Even if they only do it 80% right, you just bought back an hour you can now invest in growth, sales calls, partnerships, or product improvements.

Delegation isn’t losing control. It’s gaining capacity.

If you only look at revenue once a month, no wonder you feel blind.

Decide which 4 numbers tell you if your business is healthy. Examples:

Put these four on one page (Google Sheet, Notion, even a whiteboard). Review them every Monday morning. Then ask:

“Which number needs my attention most this week — and what’s one thing I can do to move it?”

This turns running your business into a game you can win every single week.

5) Protect Your Owner Time Like It’s Sacred

Here’s the trap: you’ll read this, get excited, then go back to answering emails all day.

Block three 90-minute sessions this week and keep them sacred:

  • Strategy: Improve your offer, pricing, or marketing
  • Systems: Write one SOP or automate one bottleneck
  • People: Hire, coach, or recognize your team

Treat these blocks like client meetings, that’s non-negotiable. Because this is what actually builds the business.
